Title: Feline Nauti
Artist Statement: “Throughout the past year or so it was very quiet, life was reserved…and dark – we spent a great deal of time alone and at home. On our outings, we did only what we needed to do. Meeting friends and family up close and in person wasn’t much of a possibility – although some did create “friend pods”. This little pod of musicians met deep in the sea, maskless and distanced by the water, they joyfully created music for all that could hear. I wanted my banner to bring a smile to faces by creating musical characters connecting deep under the sea making merry music that bubbles to the top of the water.”
