Journey to the high desert plateau of northern Argentina where the air is crystal clear and very dry. Experience salt flats, volcanos, folded mountains, and wind-sculpted rock. While these features exist in other places, the concentration and diversity found in the Altiplano desert make this area a unique and largely undiscovered place to visit.
