Artist Statement: “Each year as people drive by on 101 they see my big planter full of glorious yellow daffodils, welcoming spring with its promise of new beginnings, new growth, and new experiences or renewal of friendships and family connections. My banner gives an opportunity for year-round cheer with the color of the sky and the green of the forest surrounding the sunny yellow flowers.”
